Mark Reynolds leads the Industrial team at Ally Commercial Real Estate, serving as Senior Vice President and specializing in industrial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment advisory across Southern California. He helps investors, owner-users, developers, landlords, and tenants execute through deep market knowledge, disciplined underwriting, and results-driven negotiation.

Industrial is where Mark started — and where he built his foundation in investment analysis, site selection, and transaction management. Over time he's expanded across retail, office, multifamily, mixed-use, and land — giving clients a single advisor who can read the whole asset spectrum while keeping industrial as the core practice.

Mark is especially active along the Ventura Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard corridors — markets he knows from 20+ years in Encino and family business roots on Sunset in West Hollywood. Land sales and development opportunities are another particular focus, with deep experience evaluating zoning, entitlements, and redevelopment potential across both established and emerging high-density corridors.

Civically engaged as a Board Member of the Encino Neighborhood Council and a member of the Encino Property Owners Association, Mark brings a unique perspective on local planning, economic development, and the issues that shape commercial real estate. Known for his integrity, responsiveness, and strategic approach, he's earned the trust of clients ranging from first-time investors to institutional owners.
