In 2021, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — when most brokerages were retrenching and clients needed a steady hand more than ever — Luc partnered with Eric Mandell to launch Ally. Active in real estate for more than 15 years, Luc has represented buyers, sellers, and developers across multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and development assets — with closings ranging from single-family residential to multi-million-dollar institutional transactions. A top-notch negotiator, Luc takes particular pride in keeping complex deals together through the late-stage moments most brokers can't.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Luc brings a concierge approach to every engagement — pairing deep Westside and San Fernando Valley submarket fluency with the discipline of an off-market sourcing platform. Whether structuring 1031 exchanges, assembling development sites, or guiding clients through complex capital markets execution, his work is built on the conviction that lasting outcomes come from lasting relationships.
Off the desk, Luc lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons. He's a lifelong hockey fan and an avid watch collector.
