Eric Mandell is a seasoned real estate Broker with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of handling over $600 million in transactions across various asset classes. As the Founder of Ally Commercial Real Estate, Eric is passionate about making commercial real estate accessible to everyone. He leads the Urban Core Investment Group (“UCIG”) with a focus on add Value Investments with the potential for yield opportunities as well as 1031 exchange expertise, helping clients maximize their investments. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends and pets. He has a passion for sports such as basketball, feels confident in the future of crypto currency and enjoys traveling, especially with his stomach!
