Rick Ramirez is a multifamily investment specialist serving the Southern California market, with additional expertise in land acquisitions and development opportunities. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the apartment markets of Burbank, Glendale, and Northeast Los Angeles. As one of the early members of the Los Angeles Apartment Advisors (LAAA) team, he played an integral role in the group's growth and built a reputation for strategic guidance and exceptional client service.

Today, Rick is a founding broker of Ally Commercial Real Estate, where he leads the firm's Multi-Family Investment Division. Joining co-founders Eric Mandell and Luc Hawkshaw at launch alongside lifelong friends and business partners, he helped build a company founded on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to delivering tailored investment solutions.
