Rick Ramirez

Rick is a multi-family investment specialist in the Southern California market with expertise in the land and development sectors as well. He started his career at Marcus and Millichap focusing on the Burbank, Glendale, and Northeast Los Angeles apartment markets. As one of the first members of the LAAA team at M&M, he was a key figure in the group’s success at its inception. Rick is an industrious and goal-oriented agent, advising his clients on the better understanding and improvement of their positions in the marketplace.

Rick has now joined forces with two of his longtime childhood friends to help found Ally Commercial Real Estate where he will head the multi-family investment division. Under Rick’s leadership emphasizing hard work, honesty, and integrity, this new firm will better serve the needs of their clients and the community at large.
